I came to Bennie’s online workshop on perfectionism with an open mind, never having tried EFT before. The very next day I was saying yes to opportunities I would normally avoid. Since then, I’ve even agreed to present at a 4-day intensive—something I’d never have imagined before. Bennie’s direct, no-nonsense approach makes the process easy to follow, and I can’t recommend his workshops highly enough.

From Stuck to Started | 11 June
Procrastination isn’t laziness and it isn’t a character flaw. It’s usually a nervous system response that shows up when something feels overwhelming, unclear or secretly tied to fear. You want to get things done, yet somehow you freeze, avoid or distract yourself. The more time passes, the heavier it feels.
Maybe you start but don’t follow through, you wait for the perfect moment that never comes or you know exactly what you should be doing, but the pressure itself shuts you down. So the cycle continues: frustration, guilt then more avoidance.
This session is about breaking that cycle with kindness, not force. With EFT Tapping, we don’t push through resistance; we explore what’s underneath it. When the emotional charge releases and the nervous system settles, taking action stops feeling like a battle and starts feeling possible. If you’re ready to move forward without the pressure, this session will help you take that first step.

Living with Loss | 25 June
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline – some days you feel steady enough to function while other days the smallest thing can pull you under. Loss changes you, it reshapes your inner world, your relationships, your routines and your sense of who you are.
The hardest part is that grief can feel incredibly lonely, even when people mean well. You might be tired of being strong, tired of holding everything together and tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not.
This session is a gentle space to breathe again, to stop pushing the feelings away and to let your system soften. We enable the nervous system to process, move through the overwhelming emotions and find peace again.
You don’t have to carry this on your own. This hour is about easing the weight, one tap at a time.

Stop Overthinking Everything | 9 July
Do you ever feel like your mind just won’t stop? You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, imagine worst-case scenarios and analyse situations from every possible angle. Even when you know you’re overthinking, it can feel impossible to switch it off.
Perhaps you’re constantly worrying about getting things wrong, searching for certainty or trying to predict what might happen next. The more you think, the more overwhelmed and stuck you become. What starts as trying to solve a problem often leaves you feeling exhausted, anxious and disconnected from yourself.
Overthinking is more often the nervous system trying to protect you from uncertainty, disappointment or failure. The trouble is that too much thinking can make it harder to hear your own inner wisdom and trust yourself.
This session is about creating some space from the endless mental chatter. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll help the nervous system settle, quiet the noise and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity and self-trust. You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes the next step becomes clear when the mind finally has a chance to rest.

Quieting Your Inner Critic | 23 July
For many people, the harshest voice they hear isn’t coming from anyone else. It’s the one inside their own head. The voice that points out every mistake, questions every decision and tells them they’re not good enough, smart enough or worthy enough.
Perhaps you constantly compare yourself to others, focus on what you should have done differently or struggle to acknowledge your successes. No matter how much you achieve, it never quite feels like enough. Over time, that inner criticism can chip away at your confidence, your self-worth and your ability to trust yourself.
The inner critic often develops as a way of protecting us from rejection, failure or disappointment. It believes that if it pushes hard enough, we’ll finally get things right. But instead of motivating us, it often leaves us feeling anxious, discouraged and stuck.
This session is an opportunity to soften that relationship with yourself. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll work with the beliefs, fears and emotional patterns that fuel self-criticism, helping the nervous system feel safer and more supported. When the inner critic quietens, there’s more room for self-acceptance, self-compassion and the confidence to be yourself.

Beyond Shame | 6 August
Shame is one of the most painful emotions we can carry because it doesn’t tell us we’ve done something wrong, it tells us that we are somehow wrong. It can leave us feeling inadequate, unworthy, disconnected and afraid to let others see who we really are.
Perhaps you find yourself hiding parts of yourself, worrying about what others think or feeling like you’re never quite enough. You may be carrying shame from childhood experiences, relationships, mistakes you’ve made or things that happened to you that were never your fault. Even when life looks fine on the surface, shame can quietly shape how you see yourself and what you believe you deserve.
The difficult thing about shame is that it thrives in silence. The more we judge ourselves, the more isolated we tend to feel. Over time, shame can affect our confidence, relationships, decisions and ability to fully engage with life.
This session is an opportunity to loosen shame’s grip and reconnect with a deeper sense of self-acceptance. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll gently work with the emotions, memories and beliefs that keep shame in place, helping the nervous system feel safer and more settled. When shame begins to soften, it’s often easier to experience compassion, connection and the freedom to simply be yourself.

Money, Worth & Deserving | 20 August
Money can bring up far more than numbers. It can stir feelings of anxiety, guilt, pressure, scarcity and self-doubt. No matter how hard you work, it may feel like there’s never quite enough or that financial peace always seems just out of reach.
Perhaps you struggle to charge what you’re worth, ask for a raise, spend money on yourself or receive support from others. Maybe you grew up around messages about money that still influence your decisions today. Over time, these beliefs can quietly shape what you think is possible and what you believe you deserve.
For many people, money is deeply connected to self-worth. When we don’t feel good enough, deserving enough or safe enough, it can show up in our financial lives in ways we don’t always recognise. The challenge is that trying harder doesn’t necessarily change the underlying emotional patterns.
This session is about exploring your relationship with money through a different lens. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll work with the fears, beliefs and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck, helping the nervous system feel calmer and more secure. When those patterns begin to shift, it’s often easier to make decisions from a place of confidence, possibility and self-worth.

Breaking Free from People Pleasing | 10 September
Do you find yourself saying yes when you really want to say no? Putting other people’s needs ahead of your own? Worrying about disappointing others, even when it’s costing you time, energy and peace of mind?
People pleasing often starts with good intentions. You want to be helpful, kind and considerate. But over time, it can become exhausting. You may find yourself carrying responsibilities that aren’t yours, avoiding difficult conversations or feeling resentful because your own needs keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
The hardest part is that people pleasing is rarely just about being nice. It’s often driven by a deeper fear of rejection, conflict, criticism or not being accepted. The more we rely on others’ approval, the harder it becomes to trust our own needs, preferences and boundaries.
This session is about creating space for a healthier balance. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll gently work with the fears and emotional patterns that make it difficult to speak up, set boundaries and honour yourself. When the nervous system feels safer, it becomes easier to show kindness to others without abandoning yourself in the process.

Letting Go of Guilt | 24 September
Guilt can be a heavy thing to carry. It keeps us looking backwards, replaying conversations, questioning decisions and wishing we had done things differently. Even when everyone else has moved on, we can find ourselves stuck in a cycle of self-blame and regret.
Perhaps you feel guilty about a relationship, a parenting decision, a mistake you made or something you didn’t do. Maybe you carry guilt for setting boundaries, putting your own needs first or not being able to help everyone around you. Over time, guilt can drain your energy and make it difficult to fully enjoy the present moment.
While guilt can sometimes help us learn and grow, it can also linger long after it has served its purpose. When we hold onto it for too long, it can quietly erode our self-worth and keep us trapped in the belief that we should somehow have been different, better or more.
This session is about loosening the grip of guilt and finding a gentler way forward. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll work with the emotions, memories and beliefs that keep guilt alive, helping the nervous system settle and creating space for self-compassion. You can’t change the past, but you can change the relationship you have with it.

Finding Your Voice on Video | 8 October
You know what you want to say, you care about your message, yet when it’s time to press record, everything changes. Suddenly, you’re questioning yourself, worrying about how you look, wondering what people will think and struggling to find the words.
Perhaps you’ve recorded the same video multiple times, only to delete it. Maybe you avoid creating content altogether or feel uncomfortable speaking in meetings, presentations or online spaces. It’s frustrating when the fear of being seen gets in the way of sharing something that genuinely matters to you.
For many people, being on camera isn’t really about the camera. Rather, it’s about visibility, vulnerability and the fear of judgment, criticism, rejection or getting it wrong. The more pressure we put on ourselves to perform, the harder it becomes to simply show up as ourselves.
This session is about helping you feel more comfortable being seen and heard. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll work with the fears, self-doubt and emotional patterns that can make visibility feel unsafe. When the nervous system relaxes, confidence often becomes less about performing perfectly and more about trusting yourself enough to share your voice.

Healing Rejection | 22 October
Rejection hurts because it touches something deeply human within us: the desire to belong, to be accepted and to feel valued. Whether it comes from a relationship, friendship, family member, job opportunity or even a passing comment, rejection can leave a lasting mark long after the moment itself has passed.
Perhaps you’ve been rejected by someone you cared about, overlooked for an opportunity or felt excluded in ways that still affect you today. Sometimes the pain isn’t just about what happened. It’s about the story we begin telling ourselves afterwards: that we’re not good enough.
The fear of rejection can shape our lives in subtle ways. It can stop us from speaking up, taking risks, pursuing opportunities or allowing ourselves to be fully seen. To protect ourselves from being hurt again, we often build walls that also keep us from the connection and experiences we long for.
This session is about gently healing those wounds and creating a greater sense of emotional safety within yourself. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll work with the hurt, fear and self-doubt that rejection can leave behind, helping the nervous system settle and creating space for self-acceptance. When rejection no longer defines your worth, it becomes easier to move through life with confidence and resilience.

Tapping for Better Sleep | 12 November
You climb into bed exhausted, hoping for a good night’s sleep, but your mind has other ideas. Thoughts race, worries surface and before you know it, you’re replaying conversations, planning tomorrow or staring at the ceiling wishing you could switch off.
Perhaps you struggle to fall asleep, wake during the night or find yourself waking too early with your mind already running. The lack of rest can affect every part of your life, leaving you feeling irritable, overwhelmed and less able to cope with the challenges of the day.
Sleep problems are often about more than sleep itself. Stress, anxiety, unresolved emotions and a nervous system that’s stuck in high alert can all make it difficult for the body and mind to fully settle. The harder we try to force sleep, the more elusive it can become.
This session is about helping your system slow down and feel safe enough to rest. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll gently work with the stress, worries and emotional tension that can keep you awake, helping the nervous system move out of survival mode and into a state of greater calm. When the body relaxes and the mind quietens, sleep often comes much more naturally.

When You Compare Yourself to Others |26 November
It’s never been easier to compare yourself to other people. Every day we’re exposed to carefully curated snapshots of success, happiness, achievement and confidence. Before we know it, we’re measuring our lives against someone else’s highlight reel and wondering why we don’t seem to measure up.
Perhaps you compare your career, your finances, your relationship, your appearance or your progress to those around you. You may feel like everyone else is moving ahead while you’re falling behind. No matter how much you achieve, there’s often someone who seems to be doing better, making it difficult to appreciate your own journey.
Comparison can quietly erode self-worth because it keeps our attention focused on what we lack rather than what we already have. Instead of recognising our strengths, growth and unique path, we become trapped in a cycle of self-judgment, inadequacy and never feeling quite enough.
This session is about stepping out of the comparison trap and reconnecting with your own value. Using EFT Tapping, we’ll work with the insecurities, fears and beliefs that drive comparison, helping the nervous system feel calmer and more secure. When you stop measuring your life against everyone else’s, it’s often easier to recognise that you were never meant to be anyone but yourself.
Practitioner & Trainer with over 20 years' experience
About me
A virus I contracted in February 2024 caused encephalitis which demolished my memory. This happened to the extent that I did not even remember my siblings, or where I lived before I got sick. I was put in a care home and as you might expect, a year later, a lot has happened. My journey towards wellness has been slow yet pertinent. I’m so grateful to have had over 20 years’ experience using EFT Tapping to guide me through the emotional struggles I’ve faced in the last year, and before. Life has thrown me some serious curveballs, and I’ve overcome them all.
My journey with EFT began in 2003, during a difficult period in my life with very deep depression. A single session with Paul Lynch profoundly changed my outlook, inspiring me to train as an Advanced EFT Practitioner and then as a Master Trainer of Trainers. Since then, I’ve helped people throughout the world to overcome emotional and psychological difficulties using EFT Tapping.
In 2009, after two decades in the corporate world implementing IT solutions in many countries, I took a leap of faith to follow my passion for helping others to live fuller lives. Blending EFT with modalities like Matrix Reimprinting, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, and The Sedona Method, I use these techniques to help my clients break free from self-doubt, anxiety, stress and trauma.
My approach is intuitive yet practical and combines deep listening and compassionate guidance with evidence-based techniques to create lasting change.
Having lived and worked in England, Scotland, Europe, Africa, Australia, the Middle East and the USA, I appreciate people’s diversity. I’m also an experienced speaker, facilitator, and trainer, dedicated to empowering others to take the reigns of their emotional and mental well-being.
I remain committed to my own growth, continuously learning and refining my skills. I still turn to Tapping and my peers when the shit hits the fan.
